Fix "WorkerW" window class conflict. - Enable _DEBUG macro if debugging, in order to enable ATLASSERT macro. - Fix assertion failures. - Add SHCreateDefaultWorkerWindow helper function and CWorkerTraits, then use them. - Don't create the broker and server windows by themselves, but subclass.
