Rebuild the image to restore config blobs lost in ATCR master

Every image config blob in atcr.io/guid.foo/wicket returns 404 BLOB_UNKNOWN: all nine tags and both SBOM attachments. Every layer blob still resolves and downloads. Pods that cached the image before the loss keep running, but new pulls fail, so the third replica sits in ImagePullBackOff. This commit has no code change. It exists to trigger a fresh push so ko uploads the config blobs again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
