Document the dice notation grammar in roll --help master

The roll subcommand's help text stated only a one-line description. The full syntax, including keep/drop, reroll, and minimum suffixes, existed only as comments in src/dice.rs. Add it as clap after_help text, with an aligned example table, so a player can look up the notation without reading the source.
