Close out phase 10 master

Every step of plan 0014 landed: storied play and the worlds root, directory entities, stage binding with the injected sheet, the sheet tool, and /play. The plan moves to completed/, its checklist and the roadmap check off phase 10, and the links on both sides of the move point at the files' new homes.
