Wire storied srd verify into the CLI master

storied srd verify runs the full check (schema, fidelity, coverage, shape) against rules/srd-5.2, printing one line per failure and exiting nonzero if there are any; with none, it prints a one-line entry-count summary instead. Not wired into pre-commit yet: the corpus itself doesn't exist until task 6 builds it, so there's nothing for the hook to gate on today.
