Give the Dm a session-scoped turn bus and a wikilink scanner master
The TurnBus was rebuilt every turn, which worked while no listener needed to remember anything. A scanner that carries entity references from one turn into the next has nowhere to live on a bus that is thrown away each turn. The Dm now owns one bus for the whole session: the worker and tests add their listeners once, and the campaign records through a listener carried on that bus. The scanner extracts the wikilinks the DM writes in its narration and resolves them against the session's known entities by exact canonical name. The references of a finished turn move into a completed set, which the next turn's prompt will read. The campaign listener's per-turn input moves into a new turn-start hook, and the scanner resets before any fallible work, so a panicked turn leaves nothing half-written. The Dm drops its now-unused campaign accessor, since the campaign lives on the bus, not in the Dm. Pieces 0 and 1 of plan 0011.
