A 5e storytelling engine with an LLM DM

Add the sheet tool: create a character, patch the sheet master

The DM changes a character's mechanical state through one tool, and every change is an event. sheet takes the character's slug, an object of frontmatter keys with absolute values (hp: 15, never -7, so a misremembered subtraction cannot compound), and a required one-line event. A character that does not exist yet is born whole: frontmatter, required opening prose, a stage-taking line in the campaign log. One that exists is patched key by key, unnamed keys and the prose kept byte for byte. The change and its event land together in the character's day-partitioned log, and the transcript shows a 📋 line with each change as old → new and wikilinks rendered bold. Sheet changes are always public, and the tool moves no time; mark owns the clock. Step 3 of plan 0014.
