The payoff of plan 0007: the DM can search the knowledge tree by case-insensitive keywords, optionally scoped to a subtree, and fetch any entry verbatim by address, including [[wikilink]] addresses found inside other entries. The session opens one mount over the SRD layer and both tools share it through an Arc. Lookup results list matches and inline full entries under the search budget; misses coach the model toward stems and scopes instead of letting it conclude a rule does not exist.
