fix(web): reduce thread line width and remove double indentation master

ThreadLine width now matches the indent step (22/16/8px) instead of 44px. Remove the separate marginLeft wrapper div -- ancestor lines themselves provide all indentation. Fixes excessive horizontal space consumption at deeper nesting levels.
