feat(settings): handle-based blocking and age bracket (#59, #60) master
Replace raw DID textarea with handle-based UserBlockList component that resolves handles via API and displays blocked users as chips with unblock buttons. Add age bracket dropdown to settings page using shared AGE_OPTIONS constant. Add UserRole type to AuthUser and AuthSession interfaces.
