fix(setup): promote first user to admin on community initialization (#107) master

* feat(profiles): expose accountCreatedAt in public profile API response * fix(setup): promote initializing user to admin role in users table The setupService.initialize() now sets role='admin' on the users table for the DID that initializes the community. Without this, the requireAdmin middleware blocks the new admin from accessing admin routes.
