fix(wc): colophon icons are clickable, recognizable, and aligned master
Three related issues caught while testing the title-slide colophon in the browser: 1. pointer-events: none on slotted slides was unconditional, killing every link inside every slide (markdown links in body slides, colophon socials, etc.). Meant only for presenter-mode slide previews so they don't intercept the drawing canvas; scoped to :host([data-role="presenter"]) ::slotted(...) so audience-mode slides receive pointer events again. 2. Brand icons were rendered from hand-typed approximations of Tabler paths. Bluesky's bbox came out 14x12 (vs siblings' 17x18), mastodon was visibly malformed, threads was off-shape. Replaced every brand icon's path data with the upstream Tabler outline source (github.com/tabler/tabler-icons) and bumped stroke-width from 1.6 to 2 (Tabler's default — anything thinner ghosts out at 22px). 3. The four icons sat on different vertical lines. The slide's general list-spacing rule ([data-density="balanced"] :is(ul,ol) li + li adds margin-top: space.xs) was adding ~7px to every li except the first; in a flex row with align-items: center, that asymmetric margin offsets non-first items by half its value, putting the github icon ~3.6px above the rest. Added a higher-specificity reset on .colophon .colophon-socials li so the socials row is a pure horizontal arrangement with no list typography leaking in.
