refactor(cache)!: Simplify cache config master

* Reduce storage backend to valkey only (or inferred file for auth) * Remove metadata and scrobble config options * Simplify cache init with new config * Add deprecation/warnings for cache ENVs * Rewrite/simplify cache docs
