refactor: Simplify metadata results master

Replace independent metadata *result shapes with extended-Credit shapes * Removes need for api boundary, and literally everywhere else, conversion between shapes * Refactor shapes in apifixtures, usage in MetadataResults, and field/form * Fix album result modifying artists when it should have been albumArtists * Implement albumArtist form fields while I'm at it
