feat(client)!: Overhaul source scrobble filtering master

* Use id OR name for matching client to scrobble to, during transition period * Deprecate using name-only and warn when this is detected * Consolidate logging filtered clients to one statement to reduce log noise * Improve filter matching by making strings case and whitepsace insensitive * On startup log `clients` options for sources
