Handles containing "fish" render as cats master

Chat (felinus.fish): "make it so anybody with 'Fish' in their handle has a cat avatar instead". Parallels the existing goose-handle-→-goose-pet hardcode (which the streamer noted was funny earlier in the stream). Lookup order: explicit type override > uploaded sprite > goose handle > fish handle > hash-derived random. The fish branch picks one of the five cat color variants by DID hash, so two .fish handles get visibly different cats. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
