Bare word triggers (no leading !), so casual mentions also fire it — matches the existing 'fart'/'cat' style. Applies a CSS blur(8px) + contrast/saturate boost to the stage and every scene-wide fx overlay (rain/snow/confetti/hearts/party); leaves the status/version/toast labels readable. Real downscale-and-upscale pixelation would need a canvas pass; CSS blur reads as the same chaotic "everything got fuzzy" effect at zero cost.
