Warn loudly when ?streamer=... URL param is missing master

Streamer (goose.art): "I think its actually not filtering by stream at all / like afaict some people have not sent messages to this stream specifically". Diagnosis: the overlay only filters chat to a stream when the URL has a `?streamer=did:...` parameter. Without it, every chat message from every stream on the network passes through, which is exactly what goose.art is observing — pets appearing for people who chat in unrelated streams. Code already handles both cases correctly; this is a config issue. Made the filter-off state visible by replacing the corner version label with an orange-on-black warning that names the missing parameter, so the streamer (or anyone setting up the browser source) sees it without having to read the console or look at the existing status overlay (which is hidden by default). Filtered mode keeps the unobtrusive "pets v0.8.0 · 2026-04-30" label. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
