test(cron): assert the cron tick arms the sink by passing env master

Pins the regression: ensureInit must be called with the platform env, not just the db, or the search sink never arms and cron ingest writes nothing to Meili. Also asserts the tick still runs the isolated bot/notify/drip stages on a valid request.
