Replaces client-echoed query params with an opaque, self-describing continuation envelope, and replaces hand-written backend routing with a resumer registry. Deep links now validate the envelope's query name and its server-derived args, so a cursor minted on one topic or profile can no longer resume another's keyset. Malformed, oversized, and previous-format cursors degrade to a fresh page 1.
