fix(feed): parse getFeed as feedViewPost; add timeline/thread params master

getFeed returned feedViewPost items but was parsed as generatorView; fix it to use the shared feedViewPost parser. Add the timeline 'algorithm' param, the author-feed 'includePins' param, and the post-thread 'parentHeight' param. Update callers and docs/examples.
