build(version): bump to 0.6.6 master

Typed agent wrappers for previously generated-only callable endpoints (#17) landed on main: app.bsky.graph.searchStarterPacksV2, tools.ozone. report.closeReports, an owning decoder for tools.ozone.moderation. getRecord, and video getJobStatus/getUploadLimits routed through generated marshalling.
