docs(roadmap): mark WebAuthn/passkey scoping shipped in MetalBear master

The two SDK-level primitives this note called out as the actual gap (wf_crypto_p256_verify_allow_malleable, wf_crypto_ecdsa_der_to_raw) landed in the prior commit; the ceremony/credential storage the note scoped as MetalBear's responsibility landed there (src/oauth/webauthn.c, src/oauth/oauth.c, src/oauth/oauth_routes.c).
