feat: refactor dynamic theme logic and implement 2026 OpenGraph best practices master

Refined Sabbat-based hue interpolation and fixed rotation wrap-around bugs in theme logic. Re-implemented the OpenGraph image generator at /api/og/generate with PNG support via resvg, aligning visuals with design tokens. Enhanced SiteHead with improved meta tags for accessibility and social platforms. Standardised date formatting to en-GB across the site.
