feat(ui): add FeedCard component and bump to v0.2.0 master

- Add FeedCard.svelte — generic, protocol-agnostic feed list card with loading skeleton, populated list, and empty states - Export FeedItem interface from card barrel and root index - Bump version 0.1.9 → 0.2.0 (new public export, minor bump)
