feat: migrate YAML language server to native config master

Add the complete native yaml-language-server definition and enable it at startup. Preserve the OMSF schema mapping while retaining formatting and disabled Red Hat telemetry. Assisted-by: Pi:openai-codex/gpt-5.6-sol
