Plans written to the Textile Plans folder have drifted long and dense enough to be unskimmable. This adds a planning skill that constrains them to three sections — architecture, modules changed, and downstream dependents — with a hard line budget, tables over prose, and an explicit anti-pattern against step-by-step task lists. Also registers `.claude/skills/`, symlinking textile-design back to the canonical copy under .opencode/skills so the two cannot drift.
