Fix OG embed: new og-card image + drop brackets from og:title master

og:title default was "<dummy.cafe />" — the angle brackets break HTML attribute parsing so scrapers saw an empty title. Changed the default to "dummy.cafe" (per phase 1E, the glyph belongs in the favicon, not the title text). Also replaces og:image with a new phase 1E OG card: 1200x630 dark canvas, big green JB Mono Bold <dummy.cafe /> mark centered. Matches the section 08 mockup.
