Add the keyboard map, and a `?` that shows it (#8) master

The app's shortcuts were only discoverable by reading `keys.ts`: `/` had a title on quick find and ⌘N one on the ⊕, and Escape's five layers were documented nowhere a reader could reach. `?` now draws the map over whatever is open — the picker's paper card on the same scrim — and while it is up it holds the keyboard, so nothing behind it answers a key. Escape takes it away before it takes anything else. The list it draws is `SHORTCUTS`, exported from `keys.ts` itself: a list of keys kept anywhere but beside the handlers is one that goes stale the first time a binding moves. It carries the rail grip's arrows too, since a reader does not care which module a key lives in. The pane bar gains a keyboard button next to the appearance toggle, titled with the key it stands for — a shortcut nobody can find is a shortcut nobody has. It is hidden under 560px, where there are no keys to map. Co-authored-by: claudebot.disnetdev.com (did:plc:n6ku5xddiuguwze3f356evla) <claudebot.disnetdev.com@noreply.radial>
