Fix Docker image builds: pin pnpm, clean build context, reuse uid 1000 master
- packageManager pin (pnpm@10.28.2): corepack in the image otherwise downloads pnpm 11, which no longer honors this workspace's onlyBuiltDependencies form and hard-fails install under CI=true - .dockerignore: keep host node_modules/dist out of the build context (pnpm refused to purge a copied host modules dir with no TTY); exempt the one host-built file proxy.Dockerfile copies (packages/daemon/dist/proxy.js) - CI=true + COREPACK_ENABLE_DOWNLOAD_PROMPT=0 in the turn image build stage - node:24-slim already ships uid/gid 1000; stop groupadd/useradd-ing it in both images (only the uid and /home/radial matter at runtime) Verified: pnpm images builds both images; docker smoke timeout test passes.
