D-011 v15 contract amendments (owner-authorized option 1, relayed): (1) restore EXECUTION-ASSURANCE -> ASSURANCE_EXECUTOR in _owner_role (v13->v14 regression; _inner_validate requires the id); (2) controlled_mutation_context_pair compares execution contexts modulo the runner's per-job envelope path via _pair_comparable_context (the old byte-equality contract rejected all 22 real v15 witness pairs; environment/case/source equality still enforced unmasked) -- the three context-derived fields drop from paired_fields; (3) _mutation_contract PAIR branch checked_execution_lineage follows lineage (old code accepted cross-lineage pairs both directions). Boundary manifest regenerated b93b02af... (only the module self-hash changed).
