fix(graph): use JOIN instead of IN subquery in recursive CTEs master

SQLite rejects IN (SELECT FROM cte) inside a recursive CTE as a circular reference. Using JOIN cte ON is the correct pattern. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
