feat: Enable Fabric 26.1.2 Minecraft server on tako master

Switch from disabled NeoForge 1.20.1 to Fabric 26.1.2 to host the ForeverHere world. Override jre_headless to jdk25 since nix-minecraft's fabric servers don't pass it through and default to JDK 21, which MC 26.1.2 rejects. Default port 25565, keep whitelist, fix mc DNS record.
