fix: Sync correct mbsync box on imapnotify and silence phantom popups master

- mbsync takes channel:box, not a bare mailbox name; "mbsync Inbox" failed silently so mail only arrived on the periodic timer - box names must match far side (INBOX, not Inbox) - notify-send only when notmuch actually indexed new mail; goimapnotify fires fake events for every box on reconnect/restart
