Drop the executable bit from the Wi-Fi firmware blobs master

The bit came along from wherever the files were originally downloaded. They are data, baked in by include_bytes! at compile time and never executed, so 100644 describes them correctly. Content is untouched; only the tree mode changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
