Expose the objective inspect path on all three surfaces master

The terminal INSPECT block and the Bevy FOCUS card render the objective's plain-language victory predicate (wrapped prose) when the cursor sits on the host rack, where it starts; agent mode gains the help-listed objective verb printing the line, fiction, predicate, and the victory-latch tick once fired. Each frontend gains a greedy wrap helper beside its trunc; the lib is untouched. Defense: implements wiki/mechanics/objective.md "Player surface" ("inspecting it explains the predicate in plain language"), whose status note this commit flips from confirmed gap (2026-07-10, HAL playtest: six in-game days unable to tell a wrong construction from an unavailable horizon) to implemented. The affordance rides the existing inspect surface on the thing you are, honoring narration.md axiom 4 (no detached objective panel) and context-menu.md (actions live on the thing). terminal.md, agent-play.md, and bevy.md status text is amended to match; observed evidence is logged in wiki/log/2026-07-10-objective-inspect.md.
