Make wiki sync receipts exact. master

Count only Markdown documents actually emitted into Starlight and fail closed when the receipt diverges from the generated tree. Defense: wiki/process/wiki.md requires the public renderer to project the typed corpus, and wiki/interface/site.md requires public truth to remain exactly observable.
