Hero: static clinical-gore illustration, replaces 3D scene. master

Cameron ran two parallel hero attempts (a live Three.js scene, and a separate Cursor session), then supplied a hand-drawn illustration and picked it over both. Landed: porcelain/ink split field, black/white monolith with an amber core stripe, blood pool, as a full-bleed background. Wordmark centered so the monolith bisects MISALIGNED (difference-blend survives both fields, no letter crosses the amber). Mobile: object-fit contain (cover made the monolith enormous) backed by a 50/50 CSS split matched to the art's exact sampled field colours, so the letterbox is invisible. Removed the now-dead 3D path: hero-scene.ts, public/models/, the old misaligned-plate.png, and three/@types/three from package.json — the static hero uses none of it (no-dead-code). Defense: site-only commit (site/ + wiki/log/); no src/ touched, so the constitution's src+amendment coupling doesn't apply. Verified with pnpm --dir site run build (145 pages; built HTML references only misaligned-cartoon.png, confirming the 3D path is fully gone).
