Add-site skill: small sites are one SITES entry, a script finds free map spots, map tests check site boxes master

SITES entries use named fields and any number of machines, two to a row. The built world is unchanged. New tests check that each site's box holds its rooms, sites keep clear of each other, and every site has a line out.
