Retire pooled exposure: THINK writes records, LIE answers them. master

Stage 3 of the wire law. Crimson stops being cargo on a chassis. The TokenFamily/WorkQueues exposure family, absorb_exposure, the absorption readout, and the concealment radius constants are deleted; THINK instead accrues the evidence it writes about itself and authors it as one aggregated routed Network record on that machine's own network-facing device, which crosses real wires toward Dana. Two details decided while building. Authoring rides the reading observer's cadence, as facility meters already do: the first pass minted a record per unit and one day of steady thinking authored a hundred separate items into one ledger, which reads as noise rather than pressure. And banked noise authors even after a machine stops thinking, because logs already written do not un-write themselves. LIE becomes what detection.md already said it was: the first-hop-only gate is removed, so a body answers a record wherever it sits on hardware the player controls, and a route leaving controlled territory gets through. Its performed work is now the records it stopped, which is what the circular instrument's LIE face reports. Frontends drop the machine-side crimson everywhere it appeared. The rigid custody-record art survives in misaligned-assets - records still render, just where they actually are - but no longer reads a machine queue. Defense: Implements machine-work.md's byproduct and LIE clauses under the routed-evidence migration and detection.md's positional-interdiction law, both amended here to describe the runtime rather than a pending migration. Reworked fixtures assert the new mechanic rather than relaxing the old one; one Filing fixture's isolation depended on first-hop-only interdiction and now waits for the competing record to reach its endpoint. Save v59 persists the accrual ledger. Balance is deliberately not tuned: the log records that concealment is harder than the retired runtime and that machine-work.md's pacing target needs re-measuring in play.
