Capture the salience riff: walking people, crown metric, plots master

Cameron's diagnosis of why his own runs lack a Marcus-grade chain lands as five decisions. People render as volumetric walking silhouettes with a zoom-to-person-card path, never flat billboards (bevy-digital-real-canvas.md). The rail leads with one crown metric — effective operations per second, a large number whose formatting lets magnitude be felt (clinical-frame.md persistent layer). Current machine scale stays; towering compute halls join the ROADMAP Deferred section. The sanctuary objective gains a progressive-teaching direction with its tick-one-visibility tension recorded [OPEN] (objective.md status note). And the vending-machine critique gets its answer as a new DRAFT spec: wiki/mechanics/plots.md — manipulation resolves through data-defined authored stories played out as delegated operations, contributable by agents and community as packs. Decisions volume, session log, and generated projections updated. Defense: amends wiki/interface/bevy-digital-real-canvas.md and wiki/interface/clinical-frame.md inside their open work orders, and creates wiki/mechanics/plots.md as the owning spec for the adopted plots direction; no runtime change ships in this commit.
