Say what the wager card actually knows master
The confirmation clause bound wagers to disclose probability and payout distribution "only to the player's earned precision" (2026-07-11). No code gates either half: operations_projection.rs prints win probability unconditionally on both wager objects, sim/economy.rs prints it in the placement log, and open_position's deliberate `let analysis = 0.0` pins every position to the 55% base, so the figure is one constant rather than a personal estimate. No payout distribution is disclosed before commitment at all. Correct the clause to the shipped disclosure — a wager discloses exactly the probability it will really resolve against and claims nothing beyond it, and the surface must not name precision or imply a sharper read is purchasable — mark the 2026-08-05 rung ladder not-implemented, and reconcile income.md's B1 seam bullet with it. The projection's `facts` doc comment repeated the retired wording and is corrected with it. No runtime behavior changes. Defense: operations-workspace.md's own rule that confirmation never promises a hidden outcome is violated in the other direction when the spec promises a reading the runtime cannot produce; income.md already recorded the zero-analysis seam honestly, so the interface spec was the drifted page. The 2026-08-05 decision adopted earned-precision rungs but left the plot-side rungs OPEN, and income.md's `wager-analysis` work order owns binding analysis to real visible work — implementing a gate here would front-run both, so the amendment names the pending direction instead of anticipating it.
