Disclose both Wager outcomes before commitment master

Defense: wiki/interface/operations-workspace.md requires an externally consequential commitment to carry its exact preview and forbids promising hidden outcomes. The fixed payout multiple and total stake forfeit are known contract terms, so the bound Wager row now states both before the player commits.
