assets/plots/ now exists with a README and four Cameron-commissioned seed plots -- Marcus service-a-debt, Priya feed-an-ambition, Ray buy-indifference, Dana manufacture-a-success -- each passing the Marcus bar with declared signatures, a choice point, and a failure ending; Marcus's redirect route is left unwritten as a natural first outside contribution. The plot-author skill lands in the shared .agents/skills/ tree (mirrored to .claude/skills/) and encodes the contributor contract plus the canon-gate landing flow: contributed plots are proposed on a pushed branch for Cameron's merge review, never self-landed. plots.md's status note records the content home and skill.
