The wiki should read as an actual wiki. New wiki/glossary.md defines every coined term in plain English (tick, sink, band, the read, signature, observer, plot, persona, z-plane, rollback, and the rest), each linking its owning page — the defining page the meta.md plain-English rule lets other pages point at instead of re-explaining inline. Rewrote the navigation READMEs so the tables of contents scan instead of running on (interface/README.md, the worst wall, and world/art/engineering/process); tightened the rest and wired the glossary into overview.md and SUMMARY.md. Scope held to navigation and vocabulary; the binding law/spec content pages are now navigable with defined terms but were not reworded (that is a large migration that holds for review). Defense: wiki/process/meta.md plain-English rule (2026-07-16) - coined vocabulary must be defined where used or link the defining page. Knowledge-only; no law or behavior changed.
