Manifest gains the B1 vocabulary from spec/basement-map.md (3 terrain swatches, 21 fixed objects, 5 cast sprites) under the clinical style. Generation stopped at the account's 40/40 generation cap with 0 credits; re-running the batch resumes idempotently once quota refreshes. The 9 generated tiles (floor through hvac_unit) confirm the clinical-amber direction reads correctly.
