Keep TAKE as the ownership transfer, rename the unrelated stolen route to OPEN EGRESS, and synchronize runtime, frontends, corpus, tests, and history. Defense: Implements wiki/mechanics/reach.md 'Ownership and subscription (the sensor contract)': TAP gains a feed without taking ownership, while TAKE transfers control, cycles, and feeds at the loud outage cost.
