Implement the person-mobile half of wiki/mechanics/people-tokens.md: people read as mobile token nodes that broadcast their state and carry build work packets to site. New cohesive island crates/misaligned-core/src/sim/carrier.rs exposes PersonVisualState (Unaware / Attention(Band) / Asset) and PersonCarrier (independent crimson attention channel + amber asset flag + carried teal work count), with Sim::person_carrier / person_carriers / person_visual_state / person_carried_work. Attention reads straight from the matching observer's suspicion band (detection.md, one truth); carried work is the count of open BuildIntents bound to the person (the intent is the carried Demand — no second executor, no person-scoped queue). Trust from useful work: completing a carried favor build warms the person's disposition through the existing integral (Sim::USEFUL_WORK_TRUST), no influence token. Terminal and Bevy color the person world glyph by visual state with a carried-packet marker; Operations PEOPLE (the shared projection) names the composed read and carried facts. No new persisted state — the projection is derived from existing observers/intents/assets, so the save format is unchanged (v26) and pre-existing saves load untouched. Defense: implements people-tokens.md criteria 1 (build family), 4, 5, and the projection half of 7 — carried build Demand travels with the person and acts on schedule arrival with no second executor (carried_work_travels_and_survives_save); attention is the existing per-observer suspicion with no parallel counter and useful work warms disposition (person_visual_read_unaware_attention_asset, favor_completion_grows_trust); the world read distinguishes unaware/attention/ asset with the amber ring independent of the crimson channel; every person is in the one shared projection (person_carriers_covers_the_whole_cast). Amends the owning spec people-tokens.md (Status READY -> IN PROGRESS, criteria annotated) and re-expresses the useful-work disposition source in social.md. Criteria 2/3/6 (evidence-acquisition routing, LIE interdiction, gauntlet cover records) and the physical-AssetTask half of criterion 1 are deferred to the detection.md/ machine-work.md routed-evidence migration, noted in the status.
