Defense: After a systems-heavy B1 wave the live failure mode is mute correctness — meters and verbs exist, but the player cannot narrate the last thirty seconds under pressure. Binding the five axioms (thirty-second bar, story spine, causal sentences, world gossip, tellable-before-wider) in DESIGN.md and wiki/interface/narration.md makes "what the hell is happening" a tick finding and a dispatch priority with the same force as justification-and-legibility, not chat-only guidance.
