Defense: amends messages.md, detection.md, and income.md so one-shot Network/Paper/Financial/JobAnomaly/Power/Thermal authorship and Wager Network witnesses soft-fail when path, carrier, size, or egress is missing. The previous expects aborted live sessions for air-gapped emission and for Wager settlement after money had already resolved; dropping the unroutable record preserves exact custody without inventing ambient heat. Two tests pin air-gapped Network emission and carrier-less Wager settlement.
